Why does he kiss me when I notice what other men are doing, playing sport wise?

I’m not checking them out. I just like to people watch in general. But when I do this to men he’ll kiss me, whereas when I watch women or kids he doesn't. Does he think I’m checking them out or what, and why kiss me?
