Why has a random girl and I just started talking in person?

She and I don't know each other but we've just seem to have naturally clicked. It's just come out of thin air that one day she started imitating some form of contact with me. Now it's progressed to us comfortably having a conversation. One day she was giving me her undivided attention in talking to me instead of working.

We don't know each other. I'm just some guy that goes in and buys a coffee at this Cafe.

But one day she just started giggling a little with very small talk. Next thing she is giving me a shy smile and wave. This then went to her giving me a big smile and wave and looking very happy to see me. After that she is now talking to me aswell as well as waving with a smile. We are now just comfortably talking and been invested in conversation. It's just happened naturally
