Why is a girl suddenly making small conversation with me?

This girl who didn't speak to me is now making small conversation with me. She and I both said something too like we were disappointed she and I weren't in the same car. We've been standing next to each other and her foot has has been pointing towards me. Both whilst standing and sitting next to each other.

She and I were sitting next together at lunch. She then asked me what my go to sandwich is. The other thing is when she and I were sitting next to each other, she was crossing her legs and her top leg that was crossed over the top her foot was pointing towards me. Her foot was very close to my leg. What do women do that when sitting next to a guy

She teased me about the fact my jacket size was out of stock and that I should have ordered a small size like her. It was just a joke though. Plus she was laughing at something that wasn't working out for me as joke. She said ' sorry I shouldn't laugh". I laughed too and said " none taken this is going to shit". Then she offered to help me.
