Is dating someone three years my junior as a female going to be an issue?

I’ve met this guy and it’s great but he’s three years younger. So his timeline for things is wanting kids mid 30s which would essentially put me at 38. I’m stable with my own house and he’s living with mom but has a steady income. I’m just wondering how to navigate this and if anyone else faced similar issues

The age isn't a problem but he needs to keep up with your time schedule because it's your biological clock that is ticking. So he needs to want kids 3 years earlier than normal for it to work out. At your age you shouldn't give him more than a year and then it should be family time. If that doesn't suit him then you are better of dating older men. Otherwise you will be burning through to much time on a relationship that might not give you what you want. And end up without kids in the long run.

Men age better. Women that care for me are 22-24. I don’t expect that to change until 32ish. I’ve got Elder friends (47-55) that can’t keep the 25 year olds off them… I’m like, can I your Wing Man…
