Is it a good idea to introduce yourself to your buddies girlfriend?

I get a lot of girls because I’m an attractive looking guy, so my friends know a lot of girls like me. But anyways, I have a lot of friends, and I’m always weird when they bring their girlfriend with them or if they happen to be around them. Do I introduce myself to them? Or should I wait for them to introduce me to them? I made a lot of guys jealous in the past, so I’m always not wanting to push my boundaries.

Don't assume they'll be attracted to you. If they're worth your friends dating, they'll only have eyes for your friend and it'll be fine. Yeah just introduce yourself like anyone else, it would be weirder to your friends if you avoid them because you think they'll fancy you..
