So I was dating a guy and he sent me a whole paragraph that said he wants a break until I go to high school or in the summer then says he missed me a month later and still has feelings but then on Snapchat someone said single? And he says yeah swipe up🤷🏻‍♀️

Sounds like he's just playing with your feelings. I would just not talk to him anymore. Plenty of guys out there and your profile says under 18 so you have plenty of time to find someone who won't play with your feelings. I wish you luck!
