Personally I don't date for marriage. Dating for me is essentially for sexual pleasure and an emotional business exchange. Why? I don't know. Now if I did, I'd date at least 2-3 years. But again there's multiple levels in the relationship. Casual dating, sexual exploits, weekend dates, meeting the folks, getaways, moving in together, more getaways, learning each other's home habits, propose, laying everything out on the table, understanding each other's life goals expectations, willingness too sign the all or nothing prenup, I don't know and couples therapy to be psychologically certified ready for marriage. And then ghost her at the altar for life LMAO JK I don't know damn therapy's got me retrospecting on who I am inside real f'n hard

You might click well with someone and not even realize it and other times you might realize it quite quickly

It depends to the dates and the relationship if you got into one I believed that i wanted to be with her after a couple of months together for the rest of my life but things got i tense and after 1.8 years together we broke up I thought she was the one we were in a great relationship but sometimes its not

I can usually figure out a person rather quickly, like a month or so... After that, it's a matter of seeing if there are any negative changes... which could take months or yesrs.
