so I saw my crush chilling with his best mate at work but obviously I didn’t want to intervene in their conversation. At one point my crush looked at me then looked back at his mate he must have said something because his mate then proceeded to call me over to join their conversation. Anyways yeah we were taking about small things like music and what we wanna do in the future and our ages etc.
At one point it went awkwardly quiet so to break that silence I said who wanted to see a video of me dancing. No one payed any attention but the guy I like he quickly came back over to me and said I wanna see it so I showed it to him. I can’t remember his exact words but he was talking about how I move my hips and then when I looked at him he quickly related it back to his mate saying I dance like him (don’t know why he said that) could it because of my reaction.
Before the conversation ended I don’t know if he looked at his mate because his mate asked me if I was single or taken and it was in such a sudden reaction as well like we weren’t taking about dating it was sorta just bought up. I obviously said yeah I am single but then my crush looked at his friend again and had a really lit up face with a little smile he said something about me still being on the market with that expression.
Since then we have spoken a lot like I finished a shift at work and decided to go to our slushy bar where he was and he looked at me and instantly asked me to help him out that was weird because my shift had ended and I was waiting for a lift but I put my bag down and helped him out. We were soo busy talking and laughing that we didn’t see one of the girls who knew I had a crush on leave. My lift arrived thankfully after I helped him and I got my stuff as I was leaving he said to me thanks for the help and waved bye. I just don’t know why his best mate asked me if I was single or not.
Everything else is explanatory after that like him asking me if I need help and having banter with me.
