Yea it saves us both time but that's usually just with the important stuff, if there's a problem in the relationship I would want to know and try to fix it before it builds up and starts forming arguments, it would have saved us both time if she mentioned the problem when it formed so it can be fixed right there on the spot, with things like sexual desires and things she hates and things she likes, if she doesn't feel comfortable expressing them then it's not a problem and it's fine for her to open up when she is ready.
