Why do guys match on tinder and then don’t talk or unmatch after a while?

I just don’t get this app, guys complaint that girls don’t text first but when I do I never get an answer back. I need someone to shed some light on this! Ps: I have given people a match by mistake I can understand that too but im talking about other scenarios where people match and never talk and never unmatch for example.
