Why do guys stop after hooking up?

I’ve wanted just a friends with benefits lately but guys would stop hitting me up after a couple times. We’re still on good terms but I wouldn’t see them anymore. Do they think I want more which pushes them away? and need to be more direct of what I want.
This one guy I recently hooked up with we would hang out first everytime and end the night cuddling at his place and get intimate. I’m not trying to get serious if that’s not his intentions and wouldn’t mind just a friends with benefits thing.

All hookups are different based on the level of connection, satisfaction and expectation. Emotional attachment in a hookup is also a deal breaker.

Oh okay I mean I didn’t show any attachment I would just agree everytime he ask me to hangout. No I haven’t slept with others it’s only been him

That could be part of the reason he’s been less frequent in communication. He knows you are not spending time with others

Because chances are he’s met someone else as far as an friends with benefits, or he has a girlfriend now or both. He may have gotten bored w you now that he got what he wanted.
