Girl here... Honestly, from my life experience so far.. the most important aspect of a man seeming attractive is his masculinity, confidence, and ability to hold a conversation. If you can make a girl laugh and feel super feminine, you're already moving in the right direction. It doesn't matter if you're 30! Keep working out, get in the best shape you possibly can, have good hygiene, smell good, challenge yourself socially to improve your interpersonal skills, talk to many women (even if you fail miserably, you'll learn what works and what doesn't work), keep good posture, and come off unfazed if she rejects you. Ideally you want to become an Alpha male. Confident and unfazed. Super sexy

probably social skills, which makes me mad because men seem to be defined by it for more than women are, or it impacts a mans ability to attract women, to get a girlfriend or get laid a lot more than the other way around it seems

It isn’t about looks, you have no self confidence and that’s a turn off. It’s entirely in your control to get a girlfriend you just chose not to. You need to work on yourself first so that you love yourself and feel confidence in your abilities before getting a girlfriend
You're not bad looking. You simply lack confidence and that is unattractive. Focus on liking yourself and knowing that you'd be a catch for whoever is lucky enough. Woman can pick up on that air of confidence and are drawn in like moths to a flame.
