How to progress into a new relationship?

I've been seeing this girl for a little over two months and things have been pretty great between the two of us. I really like her and from what I can tell she really likes me too but we haven't made anything official. She doesn't call me her boyfriend, I don't call her my girlfriend, but clearly we've been seeing each other at an intimate level and hanging out multiple times throughout the week. I guess what I'm asking is when do you start labeling yourself as a couple rather than just really close friends.
