About harassment. It's quite a hard thing to define since everyone defines it differently. I'll just say If you see that she is uncomfortable or simply isn't interested, leave her.

As for making her laugh, maybe try with some lighthearted jokes. The more you talk, you'll notice what type of humour she is into, so it will be easy and maybe there will be even some inside jokes. The same goes for holding a conversation, start with small talk until you found out what you have in common or what she is interested in, so you can talk about it then.

I'm sorry, but I don't really have much advice when it comes to flirting 😅 Have you tried looking for older questions on here or Quora/some articles?

Oh, and about asking for a number. It depends on the situation. If you met and hit it off, I think it's okay to ask for the number. Just tell her that you would like to continue talking to her/get to know her more, but if you just saw her on the street and approached her to ask her for her number just because you find her attractive, then it's a bit weird. Personally, I wouldn't give my number to some random guy.

If you are with the boys, ask her saying how none of the guys wants to put it on you because they don’t want to touch you or something (saying something in a joking manner or smh).
