What do you do if your boyfriend says he is "burnt out" and doesn't contact you as much or initiate plans?

He's been saying he's burnt out from not having a vacation in years. Every weekend he tells me the same thing

He probably is exhausted and wants time alone. You should respect that. He'll come back when he's ready to.

Pushing him into contacting more won't help you. I mean at this point all you can do is comfort him, try to be caring or give him his space. He'll come back if he cared about you

If he's burnt out every weekend then he need to change his priorities around. How would he ever have time for a relationship otherwise?
