Girls, my cousin recently moved back with his parents, to finish his masters degree. He's 27 single and worried it will harm his dating life. Will It?

As long as he is doing something with his life (career/college) at that age, then I have no concern for whether or not he lives with his parents, roommates, or alone.


Based on the economy and housing market now, I know that I will be living with my parents for a while unless I move out with my boyfriend. So, it is reasonable and logical to stay with family in the meantime, while finishing a degree.


Some girls of that age, may find it a concern because the “norm” for 27 year olds is to be independent and “out of the nest” already. Plus, many people that age would rather spend time in the house alone rather than with the parents present, so it might cause a barrier. However, if explained the situation, and say you’re trying to save money and finish the degree then move out, etc etc… I don’t think it would be an issue.
