She is cheapskate and wouldn't spend single money on anyone even though it is dying. I guess she thinks its a waste of money.

who cares about dumb animals? if it was a human suffering like a little girl i would have the empathy to spend a lot, and was my daughter or something... but why would u spend a lot of sum stupid low iq animal like a dog? thats a stupid thing to do and definitely a waste of money, especially because u can jus find another dog for free in the wild, jus kidnap a wolf and bam, free dog

Only if she couldn't afford it, or her dog was terminal and had no chance to survive. But if its suffering and she won't have it put down, then she is cruel.

She might, but it's also extremely expensive, and depending on the illness and age of her dog, there's no guarantees even if she did spend it. It's a really tough decision for some. I wouldn't hold it against her though. It very well could be a "waste of money", and a lot of it. It truly is a huge gamble sometimes.
