Should I call animal control on my sister for feeding her dog Marijuana?

should I call animal control on my sister?

My sister has a 12 yea4 old Australian Shepard with pretty bad arthritis and she's just grumpy most of the time. Well my sister said she gives the dog a little bit of weed. She says it helps with her joint. And said the dog doesn't freak out or anything and she just sits there. I don't know I think it seems pretty cruel. Although the dog willingly eats it and it helps with her joints. What do you think? Should I call animal control? Do you think they would do anything, I know it will ruin my relationship with my sister but I think reporting her may be the best thing to do

Nothings going to happen. My little 10 pound rescue mutt ate an entire 1/4 ounce once lol. Every time I left it out he would eat all of it xD
