i cannot concentrate like i used too and i feel heavy, it all started 4 years ago when i met a bad friend i started partying a lot, and i never found old me back who loved sitting inside watching tv shows and enjoying it. I feel like my mind is out of control

You already made progress by realizing that you lost your old self. The next step is to rediscover your old hobbies and interests and put boundaries on your new ones. Like make a plan for yourself, saying that this week you will only go to 2 parties instead of 5. You got my point. Just give it time.
