Should I be concerned if the person I’m currently talking to is following his baby momma on Instagram? She’s not following him but he’s following her, and I don’t think we was following her before or I must of barley notice…….

By itself with no additional context, this isn't a red flag. You need to let his non-social media actions make your determination and let the Instagram issue be a secondary clue.

Also, you have to make a decision here; That's the mother of his child and he has to communicate with her depending on the circumstances - if you have a problem with this, don't date this guy.
