Is this a red flag?

This guy's been my coworker and we got along pretty well, so I agreed to go out with him. I'm 26f, he's 22m.

However on the first date itself, he asked if I'd consider him for marriage sometime in the future and I didn't really know how to respond as it's way too early to think of it at this stage. He is very respectful but he kept talking about marriage and asking if I could introduce him to my family.

It is not a red flag if you are looking for the same thing. He has made it clear that he is looking for someone to marry. It was brave of him to be forward about it. It is too early to say yes, but you could tell him he has potential if you believe it.

No its isn't a red flag. In the period of hookups and one night stands , this guy wants a long term relationship ending up with marriage. Most women look for someone whos loyal and men look for the same, only real men. So its a green flag. But if you have no plans on marrying in the future, it might be a red flag for you because he sees you as hia potential girlfriend and a potential wife

That seems a little weird. I have no problem with people being upfront about marriage to not have to waste time but this seems weird, especially if he kept bringing it up.

I asked my girlfriend on our second date if she wants to marry. She said yes. I think it's awkward that he asked regarding him specifically at that point, but asking if you plant to get married isn't too weird.

Yeah I get your point, that is what I was thinking. He did ask what my thoughts were on marriage, but within a few minutes he mentioned himself, which I thought was odd. Could it be because he was already my coworker and felt comfortable asking me so quickly?

HUGE RED FLAG. He's not mature enough to date. He's wants to be married for some reason, and doesn't much care who he marries. Don't waste your time.
