After ”reminding” him about our date he said that he still wants to see me and grab a coffee? But I’m afraid that he just sees me as an option?

We asked me out 6 weeks ago when his ankle was still broken ( he broke his angle and went into surgery).

Recently he initiated conversation with me and we chatted and talked about how we’re doing etc. I asked about his ankle and he said that he can walk now without problems. I expected that he would bring up the coffee.

Next day I asked if he’s changed his mind about the coffee date. He said no that he still wants to grab a coffee and that earlier he was first just making small talk since we hadn’t talked for a while (because of ramadan, we’re both muslims). He asked if I want to grab a coffee soon? I said yes and we set day and time for our coffee date.

Like he didn’t set the date when he initiated our conversation. It was just small talk at first. Then when I asked if he still wants to grab a coffee he said yes.

Don't think there are ones as it could be the same as just coming off as shy

What about the fact that he texts me first. He obviously wants to keep in contact but it would be shitty if he just leads me on…

I agree it would be shitty but again most signs are not solid because they only work if u know for a fact he is being truthful him texting u is a good one but could be lying only time will tell
