If a man is even the ugliest dude on earth...
If they style up and add some charisma and become a litle knowledgable they would be 5/10 but adding money will make them 7/10... I'm not about average guys but the most ugliest one... so if an ugly guy can pull that off then an average guy would be 8 or 9

It really depends on the individual woman's expectations. There's plenty of broke and/or heavily indebted women who can't get more desirable men to commit to them.

And it should be mentioned that you might be broke at a given moment but that can turn around within a few years, so time horizon matters as well. Now, if being broke comes with a criminal record or heavy student debt, well, of course that's very unattractive. But it's not like ex-cons or broke men never get women.

Depends on why. If he's lazy, happy working a shit job for shit pay, then he's not going to be very attractive to me. If he's broke because he values other things like rescuing puppies, has kids, or is spending it on bettering himself. Then those are things that I can appreciate.
