Where should I go from here?

Dating has never been very successful for me sex hasn't either. I've had very limited success with women. And have kinda hit a point where I'm not to sure where to go from here, tried dating online getting dating advice irl and online. It's like there's this supernatural force that makes me undesirable. I'm starting to get up in age and it can really mess with your mind and self esteem. Only solution I've found to keep me from being to hard on myself is work. But that's not gonna fix the problem, I've been told I'm not ugly , when I go out I dress reasonable well, got a car and job. Been told I'm pretty nice chill guy. Can't really tell what the issue could be. I'd made small strides few years back before the pandemic hit but now I don't know I feel like I'm at square one again.

I'm 10 years older and pretty much stuck in the same boat.

I'm autistic and my initiations have had a 0% success rate so I have downgraded to simply waiting for women to approach me (and I have trust issues from my last girlfriend). As you can imagine this leads to years in between my dates lol.
