Where do I go from here?

I'll try to cut this as short as possible. Sorry if it's still too long.

I have MSK work related Injuries. During sick leave, my manager would constantly ask me to see if I can do some work even though the role was causing disabling symptoms to the point I couldn't function.

I had an assessment by the companies internal occupational health and she was awful. Her attitude was beyond awful. She was practically shouting at me and shouting me down. She was very dismissive of my medical conditions, I have three. She was argumentative and did not ask me any questions. No risk assessment was carried out. She said " it's your job, you have to return to your job , with adjustments " .

She said it would be incapacity to work if I didn't return with adjustments. But adjustments or equipment wouldn't work here as the job design causes the triggers to my conditions. Adjustments can't remove the triggers. But I have got capacity to work. In a safely structured role design with adjustments I'd be able to manage my symptoms and support recovery. The role I'm in is disabling me

I've emailed OH to see if I can be referred to an external OH but I'm worried they won't. I'm so worried I'll be fired, even though I can work in a role that's not structured around mine
