There are many guys and even some girls who prefer to date a slim or petite girl. Often what matters is if she’s healthy and likes how she looks in a full body mirror or not. Helps to have a personality their partner enjoys as well.

guys like curves. you can be skinny and with curves. if you don't have curves but just straight thin stick, you will just get less attention from guys. It won't mean that guys won't date you at all but its not a man's ideal preferred body type.
Better than a chance. I’d say an advantage, if polling here is any indication of what real men not ‘society’ (whatever that means) want. Real men are after all the goal of most women, though obviously not all.
Yes, I have met guys who would not be comfortable dating me because I'm tall. I have seen guys lust over skinny bikini models. Let's say there is a high demand for you.
Anyone got it. Tall girls, short girls, skinny, fat. Same goes for boys. You'll not attract everyone and the idea of being attractive to everyone doesn't match with the finality of attracting the person your're attracted to.

I think height is the most important factor for me. If she looks like a cute pixie height wise her body type (other than overweight) doesn't matter too much, and that's coming from a boob guy.
