My boyfriend has a female best friend he has known for 25 years. I found out last night when I asked that they have slept together about 6 years ago when they were going through their divorces. He has told me that she is just like a sister to him now. And that it was a long time ago. She is still very involved in his daily life. Dropping by randomly, use to sleep over in the guest room before but stopped since we have started dating. They talk over text everyday and she has not been the most welcoming to me. Should I be worried about her? He went to her in hard times before so how do I know he won’t again? He always tries to give me a lot of reassurance when she is around but I still can’t decide how I feel on it.
