In order to get a woman a guy needs the ability to be able to get most women but after learning all the skills needed why would he want just 1 woman?

Guys need looks and confidence and social skills and other things as well to get even a single woman. Usually guys learn these skills by talking to women and getting rejected over and over and over again. Why do women expect a guy to actually want them after having to go through this experience?
