Well that depends for how long we are talking about. If it gone months, you can certainly count it as a break up.

They should. It's really bad behavior to not do it, but in other hand you must also be sure you actually was together in the first place. There is never a obligation to go on another date, if you where just dating.

Depends on how long you been dating? Anything under a few dates it’s assumed it’s over anything over a month etc you would expect a break up…
