Not solely because of that, but it can be a symptom of poor communication and that can lead to a break up.

For an instance: when the girl is arguing about something but unwilling to listen to the men. So the men eventually walks away frustrated and then the girl says this.

Communication is the most important part in a relationship but it requires effort from both sides.
