What are reasons why a guy wouldn't want to get to know a girl even if she's super beautiful?

I also understand just because I like him doesn't mean hed like me but when it comes to successful relationships doesn't it come down to getting to know someone beyond the psychical?

He may not be available, he may be asexual, he may be homosexual, he could be depressed, he may know something about you that is a deal breaker for him, and you may not be beautful to him; guys have different standards of physical beauty - tall/average/short, blond/red/brown/black hair, small/average/big boobs, skinny/average/chubby, pale/average/dark skin, etc.

Beauty fades, dumb is forever.
They may have been around that person enough to see what they are like, how they treat others, and not like what they see.
