The bottom line is he LEFT YOU and HE WASN'T IN LOVE WITH YOU.

When someone leaves and gives you the very basic reason that they don't love you, what is wrong is where they are and that they don't mesh with you.

It was out of the blue FOR YOU, but not for him. It takes people time to finally break off a relationship. Only he knows what he meant about not needing a second mom. You might send him a text asking him or email him asking for an explanation... but does it matter? he's gone and he did so abruptly. That is rather unkind and immature.

He clearly thought you WERE bothering him, and if that was his feeling, this involves personalities, which people can't change. He's moved on and so should you. Sometimes a relationship just doesn't work out. Let it go.
