What are some ways to build sexual tension between dates with someone who isn't a texter?

Trying to build sexual tension with someone I've been on a couple of dates with and things are becoming more flirty in person, but she is very much not a texter.

How can I add some flirty content to our brief conversations to get her a little worked up between dates?

(For context, we typically text the day before a date to confirm everything and a little after the date to talk about the next one. She has told me a couple times that she's not a big texter and prefers to be face to face, which I have no reason not to believe given her actions so far.)

Good old fashioned love notes. What woman doesn't like to get a love note? You can surprise her with a note attached to her car so she sees it when she goes to work, or maybe slid under her door, or you can always include one with a delivery of flowers.

We don't always need to use new technology.
