If you referring to a woman in office as a boss. I really cannot control that, yes personally I would not prefer that but I will manage.


If you are referring to a woman bossing me around. No, that can never happen. As a man I have plenty of self respect and I love myself a lot so I will never allow a woman to boss me around. It doesn't matter if the woman is an acquaintance also.

However, yes I would be perfectly fine if the woman is of take charge type. That is different from bossing around.

my direct supervisor is a female who is still rather girly most of the time. so it's possible for a female to be in a leadership role and still have mostly feminine treats. however she is married so I haven't tried to make a pass at her since her husband seems like a decent guy.

"Turned off" in what way? Dislike in general you mean, or romantically? I've had them and they are treated no differently from me than if they were male. But I have noticed (at least with one female boss I had), SHE had issues with men it seemed. Often made comments how "superior" women were. She wasn't a good boss that way in my opinion. Shouldn't be a boss if she feels that way.

Nah, but I am ashamed to say that I find really... "boss"-like women (for lack of a better word) unattractive. Like if they were a strong military commander, for instance. All power to them ofc, don't get me wrong.

What? You can totally be feminine and be a boss. And you can totally be more masculine as a woman and still be a boss. That has nothing to do with it.

If it's a good boss, she is fine. But not if she is not a good leader. This goes for guys too. If a guy is a leader but is a horrible leader, I will avoid you, you would bring nothing but trouble.
