My male co-worker has made a pass at me even though he knows I'm married. I rejected him. He was offended to the point of ignoring me at work.

He always says things like he wants to have sex with me. He whistles after me and touched my ass the other day. I said I wanted distance from him. Let's not talk for a while. Then he started swearing. He not only ignores me, but he works in an abusive manner and doesn't even say hello.

No he is not. That is petty and he is married anyways. Maybe you should tell HR about this. In fact I think you should just tell them everything that he is married and made advances on you romantically/sexually depending on what was said and done. You rejected him and now is now ignoring you and acting like a child.
