I have a lodger which makes my dating life difficult to keep private?

So I have a friend who is currently my lodger- which works great for bills. However when it comes to have a cheeky date over who I’m just getting to know at this point it’s hard as my friend instantly knows my dating history before I’m ready to share that. Anyone been in a similar situation or got any advice on how to handle this?

Just try and keep those early dates out of the home, or only when your lodger is out.
