Should I ignore my gut feeling?

I have been seeing a guy at work , and lately I have a feeling he's playing me. Should i ignore it or end things? What would you do?

There’s a difference between overthinking and gut feelings. Gut feelings are like when you feel something is off and things just don’t feel right, but you can’t quite put your finger on why. This you should always listen to. It’s your subconscious trying to warn you about something that your conscious cannot detect yet. I’d say trust your gut—rarely will it be wrong.

That's exactly how I feel. There's a few things I'm picking up on that don't feel right. I can't put my finger on it as such. I really like him, but I have this inner feeling that he's playing me. It is only over time ivecstarted to feel this way. I don't want to get hurt and be made a fool of, but I don't want to judge him wrongly cos i like him. Not sure what to do 😕

You could continue dating but not fully trust him quite yet. You can keep an eye out for red flags. You can spend time reflecting and try to figure out what may be causing you to feel uneasy. Basically, if you really want to continue with this, I’d say take things slow and try to find out what may be triggering those gut feelings of yours.
