So... I partially agree with this. However, there is a significant difference:. Once you purchase a tank of gasoline, you own that gas and you can do whatever you want with it. So while the price of gas may fluctuate, its value doesn't change. On the other hand, when you consider women, their value HAS changed. So whether or not they're readily available or easy to get is irrelevant. If they cause you a bunch of headaches once you've "gotten" them, the cost of acquisition meal makes no difference anymore. Because some women are not even worth marrying even if you don't have to do anything at all and they just throw themselves at you.

(NOTE: I am NOT saying that assertive and/or "needy" women are not worth marrying. So please don't take my statement out of context.)

Don't get me wrong; I can still get excited about the female body. I just can't get excited about any real woman. Their entire gender has just turned me off completely.

So, what that means is: women used to be able to dress up and get pretty, and that would catch a man's eye and get him interested in them. Now they can't even do that anymore, because their reputation is ruined. We know they're pretty, but we also know how they are on the inside, and that trumps everything else.
