I have actually! For several years. It... didn't end up being as big of a deal as I might have thought it would be (before being in that situation)
Yes, because I can just give them a nickname. Like, instead of Kim, I'll just call her Kimmie, or Kymberly with an extra Y. (And yes, that is how I address my mother, because she wasn't really a "mother" to me, so I call her by her first name.) I haven't met a nice woman in real life named Kim, though. Or one with my half sister's name. I'd say a sibling is harder to get used to, though.
I know a family where the two sisters married guys with the same first name as their brother. Family get-togethers were fun... those guys were always called by their last names, otherwise more than one would answer if their first name was called.
I’ve never met a woman around my age with the same name as my mother, and I actively avoid women and men with the same names as my father, sister and brother.
My parents names are very old fashioned... but that would be the only problem. I wouldn't care if my partners' name was same as theirs or my brothers. Why would that even matter, I don't understand.
I went on date with someone with same name as mum, have to admit I had reservations before hand.
Also had experience at speed dating. Sat down with first woman and she had same name as my recent ex. That was quite distractingThat would be weird as f*ck.
You DID say perfect though.
If that’s the cost of perfection, the benefits would outweigh the awkwardness.Im mixed on this. They have to be pretty outstanding and Id prefer to call them by their middle name.
Yes, If we get married then they will have the exact same name.
and if they are around the same height as my moms or sister and black then it would be exactly like im fucking my moms or sistersI did but that was a mistake lol. Glad it only lasted a few months.

2011 when I was 27.Yes, would date but he's going to have a nickname 100%.
I technically dated someone with the male version of my mum's name and didn't feel weird about it. My dad's name is very of his era.
I haven't been in that position before, but it wouldn't bother me.
If they're the perfect match, then yeah, as much as it may be a bit awkward.
I have, and have also dated someone with the same last name as me.
Honestly, I don’t see why that’s even a problem for anybody.
Better still I want to date someone with the female version of my own name for added confusion
My daughter married a his sister is named was the same as hers. Then few years later my son married a woman was married a women who had the same as my daughter's. What a confusing mess when you're talking about a child or a spouse.
Do you have any idea how many girls BEAUTIFUL girls I’ve rejected because they have the same name as my brother I just cannot
