I have a crush at work?

I like this women at work. Is there away to approach her without having it lead or feel like sexual harassment, we got a lot in common. Like she laughs at my jokes and touches my arms and hands while laugh. I’m a guy and tbh guys tend to misread women a lot but we also tend to miss hints that women gives to show she really flirting. I was thinking to let her make the first move that way if she does I can actually say yeah. I know, I know you should not get involved with a coworker but the upside to this is that she works at another location not the same location as me so if it does goes bad it won’t be awkward in a way. But I feel like I should let her make the move that way there no sexual harassment or anything just in case if she was just being a friendly coworker. She even made playful jokes of taking her on a date while laughing and grabbed my arm at the same time. Guys are welcome to answer this but ladies if this was u, yes I know some of u will say oh I would not think about doing this, but I’m asking if this was u, how can a guy approach you in a work setting meaning what types of hints should I look for to see if she wants to take it outside of work mean going on a date or something. Most women got their little hints, like body language, or playing with ur hair, or even touching and laughing in a playful manner. If there any other hints I should look for? Please don’t be rude, it just a guy having butterfly in his stomach hahaha.
