Guys, how would you feel if your girlfriend said she wants an open relationship?

BYE - BYE, I'm gone!!!
If my girlfriend said she wanted an Open Relationship, it means she already she someone lined up or has already cheated and is trying to assuage her feelings of guilt.

There are few Red Flags to me, but this would be a huge banner with the bells and whistles. It would kill any relationship stone dead, as her asking for an Open Relationship means it is already dead.

I would not pull any histrionics when she dropped the bomb shell.
If we were out somewhere – dinner etc, I’d just get up and leave, the same if I happened to be in her home.
If we were in my home I’d politely ask her to leave and never contact me again as there is nothing to discus.

Then I’d immedatiatly change any/all of my passwords to any/all of my on-line account that she may have had access to, including credit/debit cards and a credit lock, then I’d scrub my social media contacts and my phone changing my SIM card if necessary.

This may sound like an extreme reaction but I’ve been there done that and the girlfriend had fun playing with my on-line accounts until I got all of my passwords changed.

I'd receive that as I'm not enough for her, and she wants to get plowed by other guys while keeping me as a safety net, and I find that absolutely disrespectful towards me.
