Yes maybe because if he´s not popular with the ladies he´s less likely to be cheating.
Also chances are that all the ladies have overlooked something when they judged him as undateable because they followed the advice of their girlfriends.
Maybe he has a unique character but he doesn´t look good so women avoid him.
