Would a guy date someone he’s doesn’t find attractive?

My boyfriend always call me ugly when we get into arguments or when break up. after we make up he tells me he was just calling me ugly to get under my skin and he doesn’t think I’m unattractive. Could he be lying or do he really find me unattractive? he has dated females in the past (ex. His babymother) that aren’t really attractive. I know there are guys out there that use females for personal gain and me and my boyfriend live together he moved in with me a year and 4 months into knowing each other. So could he just be using me for that?

You're two different questions that aren't related. Let me just say this: I've had my share of arguments over the years with lots girlfriends and an ex wife, and I never once called any of them ugly. Your self esteem must be pretty low to go back to a guy who says that to you. Idgaf if he says he is kidding or not that is about as disrespectful as it gets.
