It can't be generalized. And also you can't remove racism just like that, there will be people who still have the same stereotypical ideologies.
But not everyone is a racist too. So just don't assume anyone to be a racist. Judge them by their actions.

are you black? Not all whites do but most of them have prejudice against them. Thinking a black man will attack them. I’m Dominican but still dark enough in society to be black and some people say Latinos are most racist than whites. Some blacks say that. From my experience whites are more racist. I have actually had better connections with Latin women

Everybody is racist in some way, thats my experience. Same as everybody can be jelous or hateful. The important thing is to be considerate of the others and remain civil. Understand that such feelings if they happen, are irracional. A racist can save your child, and an antiracist steal your familiy's food.

Everyone has biases, be it skin color, religion or culture. Anyone who says a single race or group of people are to blame is probably trying to use you for political gain.
