It seems to me at least that women only do things for male attention. I've spoken to girls who go to all girl schools and they say it nice because you don't have to dress up for guys. Plus the whole lesbian death bed proves that too.

Well most women wouldn't admit that, which is why we know there not confident. Cause it very vulnerable to say he need male validation. Hence why men don't feel needed.

What I mean is I may wear makeup or cook dinner or try something new when I like a guy but I’m not desperate for a guy’s approval. I do what I want to when I want to because I want to. A guy can compliment me but if he doesn’t like it I don’t care. I’m a girl and I like when a guy likes me and yes I love for a guy to call me beautiful or buy me flowers or take me to dinner. But my happiness, self worth, or entire existence being doesn’t revolve around a guy and his attraction to me. I can go years without a boyfriend and still believe I’m a beautiful and priceless prize. I don’t need a man to necessarily call me beautiful to feel it but I do enjoy it because I’m human. But it’s far from a necessity.

My confidence and happiness comes from me and no one else. I love myself and I couldn’t feel loved by anyone else if I didn’t myself. I can’t expect someone to value me if I don’t. Searching for worth elsewhere leads to more insecurity. I’m a confident, beautiful, sexy, flawed woman who needs only myself to be happy, choosing to share that with a man is a want for love and partnership not a need to feel worthy.

Also for background information. I wear makeup everyday anyway so no it’s not like I do this for a guy by the way. I’ve worn makeup and done my hair since I was 12 and this is routine for me long before a guy came into the picture.
