Im 25 year old girl. I don't intend to marry any guy right now and I'm very serious about my life goals. Am I taking a right decision about this?

I´m not sure if it´s the wrong the decision the issue is just that you can´t predict the future. If you focus on your goals it could happen that you never find a guy that is willing to start a family because many guys either tend to date younger than older women.
I know that´s something a guy can easier but let´s way we jump 10 years in time that would mean you´re 35/36 if you start dating at that point in your life it could be way harder because at least some guys would view as needy just looking for someone to procreate.
So I would try dating but with narrow spectrum saying that you´re not ready for kids yet and you´re not looking to start a family at the moment so that you already have a partner when you´re in your 30s. Because than you can work less any time you both like to and you can have as many kids as you want.
If you narrow down your ideal picture of a guy it will take you more time to find a man anyways so you still would be independent maybe for 1-3 years because you´ll have to reject a lot of guys that won´t fit your profile.

For me, this question always boils down to whether there is some big career/life thing that's actually realistically on the horizon for you. Are you actually running to something, or are you just drifting aimlessly?

It's not a waste of time to focus on your career if it genuinely makes you happy and you actually have opportunities available to you. I'm going to be totally real with you though; most career stuff is a gambol and frankly, rather pointless. The vast majority of people's careers will only ever be mediocre, and that's why I emphasize the importance of having a clear and tangible point for you to run to. It's not like most people aren't trying to have a good career; life just didn't work out for them that way. The worst case scenario for someone in your situation is work your tail off during your best years, only ever rise to midlevel management, and then try to start a family when you're feeling exhausted and defeated.

I personally think that prioritizing career is a bad decision for almost everyone; good shit naturally happens to people who live their lives in a way to make good shit happen.

If you wait until you pass 30, your options will be VERY limited. You will either have single fathers, people that never want kids, or hook up kinds of people that will use and leave you. those will be the types most likely to be your options if you wait too long. And if you regret it later it won't matter. You can never get that time in your life back.

It’s up to you. Finding someone to marry doesn’t get any easier as you age and by 35 a pregnancy is considered high risk. A career should only be used to further your own goals, they have no loyalty to you. So be careful about giving any company or corporation your youth. That said, successful relationships are not the norm and statistically, most Millennials and Gen-Z will probably not find that special someone. Not trying to come across extremely negative. But people need to be aware that social trends and statistics are looking pretty apocalyptic right now.

Nothing wrong with that and maybe you will meet a guy who agrees with that and is willing to wait or has the same set of goals for himself but if your wanting kids having them when your about your age now is not a bad idea my daughter is moved out and on her own and Im not too old , I can run circles around her and her friends I feel like i paid my dues by raising her and now Im on to other things to keep me going kids take a lot of energy but being financially stable never hurts but you dont wanna wait too long kids are great you will never know until you have one yourself your whole life will change, you will see what im talking about soon enough

Remember that true love will hit you when it does. You may connect at some point with a man who has the same objectives. Life goals can change with the situation. You may have something unusual happen to change your life. Never say never, and never close your mind.

Yes. Life is not a competition. Enjoy your 20s by enjoying your life or setting up your career goals. once all that is done, this is where you should consider starting a family as you will be in the perfect position to do so.
