I am 27, almost 28, and never had a real girlfriend. I seek a woman without a romantic past where we can be each other's first loves.

I make good money as a software engineer. If zi offered a $5,000 reward to anyone who can connect me with a woman without a romantic past, will I have better success?

I voted but I can't help you for many reasons... I have a friend kind of ex friend, she is prettier than me but never had a lover because she didn't want one I guess... and she wants to marry i think but a guy from her same fate (me too) and also she is especially attracted to East Asian men so... yeah... it will be tough. There are girls who never had romantic pasts, ... best to not pay though, you may only land scams.

What you will have is someone convincing their friend (or themselves) to go on a date or two with you. Get the money. And the presumably bail.

What I would recommend is that you simply be upfront: I lack experience, and I'd love to find someone else in a similae position to get to know things and move forward together.
Sometimes that is all it takes. Put it into a format and phrasing that isn't weird and can be understood and emphasized with.

Just be straightforward in it. It is difficult to force love so rather than starting with the goal, start with step one. Getting to know each other. Enjoy those steps. Take your time. After all these steps are what you're after or why would sharing firsts be important.

Alternatively you can come to terms with it still being your first. The first for her and you. If you end up in love that becomes the only first that truly matters. But I suppose I can understand how it feels less intimidating to be at an even level playing field.

2. What have you done so far to try to find this one-in-a-million girl?
3. Do you have a plan for finding her?
4. If you find such a girl, are there ANY OTHER CRITERIA which she must meet? Appearance? Intelligence? Personality?

I found 2 girls like that in the past. Both were almost 18 at the time. Sadly, both rejected me upon meeting in person. I am devistated knowing one of them recently married a guy who got to be her first everything. I have mainly tried finding women like this online. I thought about traveling abroad to find another woman like this.

It wouldn't work. First of all women would be turned off by the judgement (even if it's legitimate). Women can judge guys. To a woman guys are not allowed to judge women. Secondly women would just lie about it. You have to understand lying to a woman is like breathing.

The older you get the less likely it will be that you find someone.

No, it is just I want to experience these things the first time with each other. There is no hypothetical situation that exists to where she can reunite with someone from her youth and it be a sweeter, more desirable outcome. Remember, me and a woman can no longer claim we knew each other when we were young.
