He told me I’m a very nice girl during our second date at the end. Is this a good thing or has some hidden meaning?

Depends on the guy. And it's not easy to tell what kind of guy he is so early on.

He could mean that positively, by saying he likes that you are a nice girl.
Or he could mean that maybe you are too nice and he is not looking for that.

Well I’m also unsure because he told me that he’s going to be accepting a new job in another city all of a sudden and isn’t sure if this would work between us if it’s long distance.

That may be true. But you can still find out what he meant.

And who knows what a third date might be like for you. It could be a fun experience with a good guy. Even though he might be leaving.

I know there is a chance you could get your heart broken if you keep dating him until he leaves. But you have to ask yourself, are his bags packed? Maybe something happens and he decides not to leave? And if you stopped dating because he didn't move then you might have missed out on your chance to have a good experience.

Well could this mean he’s not serious about me? Maybe he’s just really not sure what’s going to happen for himself? I thought that if a guy really liked a girl he’d make it work out even if it’s long distance. Is he just making excuses? I always think there’s some hidden motive but he’s a genuine guy.

Yes it could me he is not serious about you but from the point of his future is up in the air.

As far as long distance relationships go, it's hard to do that for a girl you only dated twice before you left. And second, I still need the physical attention that comes from being in a relationship. I don't mean just sex. I mean holding her hand as we walk, cuddling on the couch, hell just laying in bed with her as we sleep.

Well it was ONLY our second date. And he’s the one who’s been initiating everything. He seemed to take me seriously and have respect for me so I don't know if it’s super personal or that he just doesn’t know what’s gonna happen. He seemed serious. But anyway why would a guy bring up on the second date his doubts about a relationship if there isn’t even one yet. Seems too soon to have the “talk” you know?

I get what you are saying. He is trying to be honest about the future but still wants to have fun with you. He sees something in you he likes. But remember these plans were made before he dated you.

Enjoy a couple more dates with him. Understand that this isn't going to work out. Know what it feels like to have fun. And at the same time but feelers out to other guys. Let them know you are available for dates.

Where the job ends up, or if the job falls through. Its tough to know these things. Maybe he doesn't have enough money to get out there, or he doesn't have a place to live. Things can change too

Well what about him making our next date “tentatively Sunday”? He asked me about meeting Sunday to go to the movies. Does this mean he doesn’t want to see me again and is just being nice?
We made out this evening and it was lovely, seems like he’d want to do it again, so I don't know why he’d not want to see me again.

He does want to see you. He wants to be with you. Take him up on it. But just remember its more about experiencing fun with a good guy, than trying to find a husband.
