So I'm best friends with this guy and we've been friends since the 6th grade and soon we'll be starting our first year of college and I've been getting the feeling that he might like more than just a friend because every time he sees me he comes and gives me a hug and he's told me himself that he's not really a hugger and three days ago we were at my graduation party and I was cold and he noticed and gave me his jacket and I should mention that he has a girlfriend but she's two grades behind us and he's said that he's keeping his options open just in case they don't work out

He might just be a really good friend as you said he is a best friend. BUT... Whatever the case may be don't make a move on him and don't accept anything more then friendship from him if he does. Unless he is single.
