How do you know when someone you are dating or beginning to date is a narcissist?

Inability to emphasize with how you feel especially when you make it plain to them i. e "It makes me angry when you refuse to do the dishes after I cook."

In the example above there is an emotion attached to a behavior of theirs and if they can't emphasize and change their attidue and behavior then RUN.

Who cares If they are a narcissist or not. Don’t pay attention to whether they fit some stupid label or not and pay attention to how they treat u that’s all that matters

And they do not care if you laugh, cry, or whatever as long as you react. they tend to feed off it until they use it up. And then, they comeback for more with some sort of chaos. Usually, they can not relate and are not empathetic. They have to mirror others in some cases... like what is appropriate when. To like when to cry or laugh sometimes.
A professional counselor might be a goo idea for you. I am not an expert besides living through it myself.
